Q. What are the advantages of availing from PC Planet over the other stores found in malls and other I.T. areas?

4. Special Items - We carry special items which are not commonly found in other retail stores. Ex. Corporate software licenses, heavy duty UPS and servers. We can also provide hard to find spare parts and accessories from overseas.

Q. What is the delivery lead-time?
A. Standard delivery lead-time for 20 units and below is 2 to 3 working days upon receipt of your purchase order. For items that are not locally available, a lead-time of 7 to 45 working days is tentatively allotted depending on the item

Q. What is the process of ordering?
A. Once your credit application has been approved; fax us a purchase order signed by your company’s approving officers.


Q. Can you join price biddings?

A. Yes, we are willing to beat any price offered by our competitors.

Q. How is the after sales service?
A. You can email us or contact our service numbers and report all your complaints and requests. Once it is logged, it will be scheduled for an on-site service. Our standard response time for this is 48 hours (subject to change, depending on availability of parts). Since we have a number of technicians roving the Metro, you can also be scheduled the same day if you happen to be in the same area.

Q. Do you repair items purchased outside your company and is no longer under warranty.
A. Yes, we can facilitate all repairs of major brands. We also have a number of experts who can troubleshoot items that were rejected by the major servicing centers.

Q. Do you offer freebies and discounts?
A. Yes, we offer a wide range of freebies depending on your order. We also offer big discounts for volume orders. Just inform your account manager for all these requests.

Q. Do you accept orders from provinces and other countries?
A. Yes we do, although the pricing and delivery arrangements may vary from case to case.

Q. what is your working hours?
A. Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. For deliveries and rentals, we can extend these hours with prior consent from client. This is very flexible depending on the client’s nature of business and their respective location.

Q. Who are your suppliers and affiliates?
A. We are an authorized dealer of the major distributors of I.T. products in the country. We are affiliated with PC City who is a major retailing store of I.T. equipment with branches from Quezon City to Laguna. We are also affiliated with Control Computers who is one of the pioneers in the industry specializing in leasing and structured cabling.
